The Truth About Interning At Golden Hippo

Hello! Employer Brand Intern Sage here! As some of you may (or probably may not) know, today is National Intern Day! In this blog, I just wanted to talk a little bit about my experience working with Golden Hippo over the past few months as an intern.

I’ll start by saying it’s been nothing short of absolutely fantastic. Immediately, I was welcomed in with open arms and bright smiles. This was my first job in the corporate world, not to mention I am a fairly new college student, so clearly I was very anxious to get started. However, Golden Hippo is just one of those companies where you are immersed in the lively company culture as soon as you enter the front door. It was truly such a refreshing experience.

Working at Golden Hippo has taught me so much about my work ethic and personal motivation. It is the perfect company for innovative and driven thinkers like myself, and it provides the ideal environment to foster growth.

In addition, working as an intern has exposed me to so many opportunities. I get to work alongside professionals in the industry, as well as other interns closer to my age who are learning every step of the way like myself. It’s a perfect balance of professionalism and education. I feel valued here as an employee, but I also feel ready to learn from those I work with.

Getting this kind of work exposure at such a young age has been an incredible opportunity for me as I transition into the “real world.” It has also helped me figure out what I enjoy doing, narrowing my career path and giving me a better sense of my life after college.

Overall, Golden Hippo has given me so much purpose in my life, and I couldn’t be happier to be a part of this team!
