What kind of career growth opportunities does your company offer employees?

One of our programs that we value very highly is our internship program, which primarily takes place over the summer. Currently, we have 9 interns working with us that collaborate on worthwhile projects and provide fresh perspectives on some of our operations. This program allows for us to reach new talent that start at a younger age and gain experience in our company as we reevaluate who we are and what message we are trying to convey to both our employees and the public. In fact, many of our interns have gone on to full-time positions at Golden Hippo and are currently growing and thriving in their careers.

Why is it important to offer growth opportunities to employees?

By offering worthwhile growth opportunities to employees, there are no limits to their successes. When employees know their growth is encouraged and acknowledged within a company, they feel more motivated to make a change and bring the best version of themselves to the work they do.
