In September of 2022, Golden Hippo set an all-time company record of 4 Comparably award wins in the Third Quarter. These include:

  • Best Company: “Happiness”

  • Best Company: “Perks & Benefits”

  • Best Company: "Compensation”

  • Best Company: “Work-Life Balance”

These awards are granted based on anonymous employee feedback and reviews. Criteria from Comparably includes:

  • Responses to 50+ comprehensive workplace questions spanning across 20 core culture categories

  • A numerical scoring system given to each response that is compared to other companies of around the same size

  • Responses from employees of all backgrounds, including age, gender identity, ethnicity, department, education level, experience, and location (all global feedback is considered, with an emphasis on North America)

  • Companies pay to use Comparably, but never for the awards themselves
